About me
I’m Matias Tuxen, a psychologist and coach passionate about supporting people in moments of transition. My focus is on individuals and families who have relocated, and who want to navigate not only the cultural adjustment but also the deeper emotional challenges of change — identity, belonging, balance, and well-being.
I believe that well-being is like a savings account: with consistent care and investment, it grows over time, giving us the strength and confidence to face life’s ups and downs. My approach blends psychology, philosophy, and practical tools to help people connect with themselves, build resilience, and live authentically wherever they are.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology. Over the past years, I’ve worked with NGOs, schools, individuals and families, helping children, teenagers, and adults develop resilience, emotional skills, and adaptability. Today, I bring that experience into my work as an entrepreneur, offering coaching and workshops for people navigating change.
